Basic Stance and Movement
1. Normal Stance and Fighting Stance
2. Lateral & Pivoting Movement while in Fighting Stance
3. Balance

Upper Body Strikes
1. Straight Punches from Fighting Stance
2. Straight Punches from Passive Position
3. Palm Heel Strikes from Fighting Stance
4. Palm Heel Strikes from Passive Position
5. Straight Punches with Advance and Retreat
6. Straight Punches Low/Body
7. Hammer fist Strikes All directions
8. Elbows 1-7 in relation to the attacker plus pad work
9. Head butt from the front
10. Combination of straight punches, elbows, head butts

Lower Body Strikes
1. Knees & Control positions
2. Groin Kick (instep and the shin)
3. Front Kick to the body and face (ball of the foot)
4. Round Kicks (low kicks)
5. Front Kicks to a vertical target
6. Combinations, kicks, punches, elbows, head butts, knees all together (emphasizing distance)

Upper Body Defenses
1. 360 Defenses
2. Inside Defenses Low and High
3. Combination of Both
4. 3 Outside Defenses from Disadvantage

Self Defense
1. Choke from Front 1&2 hand Pluck
2. Choke from Front with a Push
3. Choke from Sides
4. Choke from Behind 2 Hand Pluck
5. Choke from Behind with a Push
6. Headlocks from the side
7. Headlock from behind
8. Wrist Releases

Ground Work
1. Fall Breaks (back)
2. Standing Up
3. Back Position
4. Side Position
5. Movement
6. Front Kick from Back
7. Sidekick from Back
8. Arm bar from Back

Ground Defenses
