So you’ve decided to check out Xtreme Krav Maga & Fitness, the most function and practical form of  fitness training that gives you a killer workout!….now what?  NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!!!!!!! 

STEP 1 – Register

First you will need to choose a free trial class below that works for you. We have many options, mornings, evening or weekends.
[ ADULT classes are for ages 12 to 70+ ]

STEP 2 – Train

Wear something comfortable to work out in, bring some water.  Street shoes are not allowed on the mats, so most people go bare feet. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for your appointment to meet with our Member Coordinator.
Our member coordinator will show you around the facility and answer any additional questions you may have.
Have fun and enjoy an awesome workout!

After class we will talk about how our training will help you meet your specific goals and make this work for you and your family and get your membership started!
