Women’s self defense classes combine all the things that make Krav Maga so effective in violent encounters, with the stress-free environment of a women’s only class. The techniques are natural and easy to remember, but most importantly, they’re POWERFUL.
Our students come together to learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones, get physically stronger, and feel empowered to fight back. The focus will be on physical training AND mental training, so you will be able to respond in a time of need.
Learn to spot danger signs and how to defend yourself when no danger signs are given, through realistic scenarios. Practice defending yourself against common attacks like:
- Bear hugs
- Fighting on the ground
As part of Krav Maga Worldwide, our women’s programs are “carefully developed with valuable input from law enforcement officials and criminal prosecutors in order to provide realistic self defense classes for women. The program deals specifically with how and where women are commonly attacked. You will be taught how to safely and effectively fend off an attacker using punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.”
Ladies are welcome to attend women’s only classes and co-ed Krav Maga classes if they feel comfortable.
