We offer open classes, women’s only, and youth self-defense classes.
All ages, body shapes, and skill levels are welcome at XKM Midtown, but we’ll challenge you to push yourself further than you think you can go.
Build strength and endurance with bodyweight exercises, high-intensity drills, and more.
Practice your hand-to-hand combat skills, from both standing and on the ground. We train to increase your speed, strength, and accuracy within structured drills. At higher levels, students might spar with each other.
